J. Robert (Bob) MacNaughton

J. Robert (Bob) MacNaughton has been a practicing attorney in Texas for more than 30 years. Over the course of his career, he has handled hundreds of litigation matters involving business disputes, real estate disputes, and construction-related claims. His practice has focused on helping businesses, property owners, and creditors resolve complex legal disputes through litigation and court proceedings.
Mr. MacNaughton has represented clients in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts. His experience includes matters involving commercial litigation, real estate disputes, creditor representation in bankruptcy proceedings, contract litigation, and construction defect claims. His litigation practice regularly involves disputes between businesses, contractual conflicts, and a variety of matters involving real estate, including ownership and development issues. Throughout his career he has taken numerous cases to trial and has maintained a consistent record of successful outcomes for his clients.
In addition to business and real estate litigation matters and bankruptcy practice, Mr. MacNaughton has experience handling issues involving entity creation, real property foreclosures, and real estate and business transactions.
Mr. MacNaughton received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Denver, where he majored in Economics and History. He later earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in Houston. A native Houstonian, he was born and raised in Houston, Texas.
