Extensive litigation experience includes 4 years as managing partner of a four-attorney law firm, and 31 years of solo practice, during which I managed thousands of litigation cases and negotiated the vast majority of these cases to successful conclusions. Areas of practice have included business litigation, personal injury, commercial, contract, and construction litigation. My experience as a litigation attorney, especially in the area of business law, personal injury and commercial litigation, has provided me with the ability to provide litigants with a realistic evaluation of their respective claims and risks which has allowed me to successfully resolve these cases.
