Colton Shufelt
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Colton Shufelt attended Episcopal High School in Bellaire, Texas before earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from St. Edward’s University in Austin. Following his graduation, he returned to Houston to attend South Texas College of Law, where he earned his J.D.
Admitted to practice law in 2017, Mr. Shufelt has spent the past 4 years representing clients in their attempts to recover from harms done to them, whether by other individuals, businesses, or insurance companies. Mr. Shufelt has successfully litigated a wide variety of cases, ranging from personal/catastrophic injury, wrongful death, criminal defense, and first party insurance claims. Mr. Shufelt takes pride in the work he puts in, and will go the extra mile in order to ensure that his clients receive the best possible representation available. He believes the foundation of any successful attorney-client relationship is built on open and honest communication, and understands that the individuals he represents have put their trust in him to handle their case with the utmost care and professional responsibility.
In his free time, Colton enjoys playing sports such as basketball and softball, reading, and spending time with his family.
